The goal of the Chuska Health Council, or CHC, is to foster a shared vision and the responsibility to improve the health and quality of life through community health needs assessment, community-led projects, collaboration, planning and implementation of effective community health improvement initiatives.
The Tsaile Public Health department under Tsaile Health Center, in collaboration and partnership, established CHC in 2014 to provide Lukachukai, Tsaile/Wheatfields, Round Rock, and Rock Point communities with the voice and power to support and sustain healthy communities.
